What Clint Does Now
I work for Kerry Ingredients as a Senior Food Scientist in our Meats and Savory division. Six years ago, I relocated to Springdale, Arkansas to help establish an R&D lab to better service customers such as Tyson in the local area. I’m responsible for the development of batters and breeders, working with the customer from bench top through full production scale ups to help design new products. The rewarding part of the job is to be able to see many of the ingredients I work with being used on products sold nationally in grocery stores and restaurants.
