Alabama Public Television series on agricultural research at Auburn continues May 7

Alabama Public Television will air the second episode in its documentary series on agricultural research at Auburn University May 7 at 9 p.m. CDT. The series, which debuted in February, will include at least eight parts through 2018 and 2019.

Episode two will highlight Auburn’s work in food production, particularly within the beef, poultry, and fish and seafood industries. The program will explore how Auburn researchers and extension specialists have, within each of these industries, made food safer, production more sustainable and businesses more successful.
