AUBURN, Ala.— The Market at Ag Heritage Park, located on the Auburn University campus at the corner of Lem Morrison and Donahue drives, will open its 2012 season Thursday, May 24, from 3 to 6 p.m. and will be held every Thursday, same time and place, through Aug. 23.
The open-air farmers market, established in 2005, is hosted by the College of Agriculture at Auburn and features fresh local fruits, vegetables, honey, ornamental plants and more. The entrance is on Donahue, beside the Ham Wilson Livestock Arena. The Market is open to the public and is held rain or shine, unless severe weather threatens the safety of vendors and customers.
