Research
My research focuses on production risks, crop insurance, and farmer decision-making, emphasizing the use of big data analytics to improve on-farm profitability. I conduct empirical evaluations of agricultural practices such as irrigation systems and crop rotation, applying advanced econometric methods to examine how policy frameworks and producer behavior interact. My works integrate large-scale datasets—including satellite imagery, administrative records, and experimental plot-level observations—to quantify the economic impact of management decisions and support data-driven strategies that enhance farm-level returns while managing risk.
