HOUSING OPTIONS
International scholars/interns/visitors in the College of Agriculture often need short-term housing upon arrival. The OGP has partnered with several off-campus apartments for private rentals, aiming to help newcomers settle in quickly. These resources ensure a smooth transition while offering flexibility, affordability, and easy access to campus and local amenities.
Below are the housing resources available to assist in your search:
AU Provost Housing
The Magnolia at Auburn
The Magnolia at Auburn has been very flexible and helpful in offering furnished units to short-term visitors. Individuals are welcome to go online and apply. For any incoming cohort, you may contact Kelly Pippin at kzp0025@auburn.edu first.

General information:
- Address of the housing location: 300 E Longleaf Dr, Auburn, AL 36832
- Off-campus housing for undergraduate and graduate students close to Walmart and restaurants. This housing is a private bedroom and bathroom, in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom furnished apartment with deluxe amenities. 4 occupants max. Tiger transit is available at the housing complex.
- Partner short-term rate (before FA25) is at $700/month all-inclusive price. It will be paid at the beginning of each month. Price is subject to change for future years.
