RESEARCH
My research focuses on reducing foodborne pathogens, particularly Salmonella and Campylobacter, in poultry and poultry production environments. My research aims to identify contamination sources and intervention strategies to mitigate the infection of Salmonella and Campylobacter of poultry. Additionally, my research work explores the underlying physiological mechanisms of these interventions, therefore, to enhance their efficacy and consistency.
