Transfer Students
Transferring to Auburn
Many among our College of Agriculture family come to Auburn as transfers from two-year colleges and other universities. Our college’s Office of Student Services is here to assist you through your transfer process, ensuring a smooth transition into Auburn and a successful university experience.
As a transfer student, you must meet the Auburn University admission requirements. We also recommend that you apply early to ensure a better chance of acceptance and of registering for your preferred class schedule.
Stars Guide

The Statewide Transfer and Articulation Reporting System (STARS) is a database to provide guidance and direction for prospective transfer students in Alabama. The database enables public two-year college students in Alabama to obtain a Transfer Guide/Agreement for the major of your choice. This guide/agreement will guide you through your first two years of coursework and prevent loss of credit hours upon transfer to a public four-year university in Alabama.
