CSES 7166 Genetic Data Analysis
ABOUT THE COURSE:
This class builds on the genetic concepts learned in Plant Breading and Crop Improvement (CSES 5100/5103, 6100/6103). It introduces procedures to study the genetic characteristics of individuals and populations. Computer models will be used to simulate genomes and traits. Application of quantitative methods to experimental populations used to plan breeding programs.
