Telling the Story of Agriculture

Agricultural Communications is where storytelling meets science, agriculture, food, policy, and people. Students in this major learn how to explain complex agricultural issues, create compelling media, advocate for rural and agricultural communities, and help organizations communicate clearly with the audiences they serve. If you enjoy writing, media, design, public speaking, social media, advocacy, leadership, or helping people understand complicated agricultural issues, Agricultural Communications may be a strong fit.
