Skyler graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Applied Biotechnology where she joined as an undergraduate researcher at AU-Bees. She is currently pursuing a M.S. in Entomology, advised by Dr. Geoffrey Williams. She is conducting trials related to the application of biotechnology in parasitic mite control. In 2025, she was named the Outstanding Senior in Applied Biotechnology in Auburn’s College of Agriculture.
