Short Bio
Madison Harris is a Research Assistant II in the Department of Agriculture Economics and Rural Sociology. She holds a B.S. in Animal Sciences, and a B.A. in Psychology, both from Auburn University. Her research interests are in developing rural and farming communities through understanding of the motivations and behaviors of rural residents. Particularly, she is interested in understanding how farmers develop their identities, and how that might impact their farm management practices in relation to sustainability efforts. Madison works closely with team members to organize meetings and events, manage research projects, and coordinate with other teams.
