Short Bio
John McInroy is a retired Entomology and Plant Pathology Research Associate. He worked 32 years isolating and preserving environmental bacteria for the potential use as agents of biological control and/or plant growth-promotion. His part-time work in retirement involves further characterization of the 8000+ bacterial strains in cryo-preservation and describing some of those strains as new species.
