Job Responsibilities
If I could describe the most exciting and ever changing role, this would be it. Being on a team of five marketing managers throughout North America, my primary role is supporting communication and building brand awareness throughout the Plains Territory marketplace (Colo., Neb., Kan., Okla., Texas, New Mexico, Ariz.). From designing/implementing advertisements, creating/managing marketing plan and budget spending to writing press releases, my day is sprinkled with managing my team to continue being Rabo AgriFinance brand stewards. I organize, coordinate and execute territory-wide meetings, client events and sponsorships as well as lead marketing efforts at national tradeshows (National Cattlemen’s Beef Association Convention and Commodity Classic Convention), where my responsibility is to generate quality leads and follow-up communication tools for my team to support Rabo AgriFinance’s overall marketing goals.
Auburn Memories
Oh, Auburn memories! Sitting here thinking about my time at Auburn absolutely warms my heart. Choosing to not be involved, honestly never crossed my mind. If there was a club meeting, I was going to try my best to be there and volunteer to help; even if this meant pulling an “all nighter” to study or work on my next assignment. Having the opportunity to be a part of the charter class of Sigma Alpha Beta Eta Chapter, being elected Vice President of Ag Ambassadors, attending Ag Council meeting, to recalling the countless study group meeting in the Comer computer lab are all great, but each memory has a common thread. People. Walking the Halls of Ag Hill, BBQ House breakfasts, to cheering on our Tigers in Jordan-Hare with my favorite people is by far my favorite memory I hold close to my heart. To this day, many remain precious family to me. Yes, Auburn gave me so many memories, but the most valuable treasured memory is the friendships.
