What is on your desk right now?
5 empty coffee cups, 11 knickknacks, a Bible and just enough room for my laptop.
What’s your favorite place on Ag Hill?
Why did you choose the College of Ag?
I came to college knowing I wanted to feed people who were hungry; I couldn’t think of a better place to do that.
Are you a morning or a night person?
Definitely a night person!
What advice do you have for students in an undeclared major? Why should they choose the College of Ag?
Any time I talk to someone who is unsure about what they want to do at Auburn, I always say start in the College of Ag. Sure, I’m biased, but the way I see it, anything you think you may be interested in pursuing – business, medical school, veterinary school, teaching, communication, engineering – you name it, and the College of Ag can get you started on a career path you can be confident will truly lead to a career. Between the unbelievably high job placement rate after graduation, the involved advisors and the enormous scholarship potential, I can’t imagine it gets much better than that!
