Preventative Controls for Human Food (FSMA, FSPCA)

March 13, 2017 - March 15, 2017

The Current GMP’s Hazard Analysis and Risk PreventativeĀ Controls for Human Food regulation (referred to as Preventative Controls for Human Food regulation) is intended to ensure safe manufacturing and processing, packaging and holding of food products for human consumption in the United States. The regulation requires processors to complete training in the development and application of risk-based preventative controls. This course developed by the Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance (FSPCA) is the standardized curriculum recognized by the FDA; successfully completing this course meets the requirements for a “preventative controls qualified individual”.
