DIG Leadership Conference

The College of Agriculture Ag Ambassadors are excited to be host DIG (Dedication, Innovation and Growth), a leadership conference for high school students! Participants in this conference will develop leadership and professional skills to help them succeed in and out of the classroom. Workshops will be led by: Ag Ambassadors, alumni, industry representatives and professors. Students will also participate in tours of the many amazing facilities Auburn students use on campus.

Registration Info

All students must register online and submit their registration form by September 26, 2016. Once a student registers, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. Space is limited so we encourage participants to register early.

Cost is $25. Students must submit their payment by mail before the September 26th deadline if possible. All checks should be made payable to: Ag Ambassadors, 107 Comer Hall, Auburn, AL 36849

A payment confirmation will be sent by e-mail–we will also include a basic reminder checklist to help students prepare for the conference.

The cost of the conference covers a t-shirt, lunch and on campus transportation for the event.

8:30 a.m. Check in at Alabama Farmers Pavilion
9 a.m. Welcome from College of Agriculture and DIG Committee
9:15 a.m. Overview of the conference
9:30 a.m.-11:30 am Leadership workshop sessions (students will participate in four sessions)
11:30 am Lunch with College of Agriculture Administration and selfies with Aubie!
12:30 p.m. Tours (students choose one)
1:45 p.m. Keynote speaker: Ric Smith, Auburn Football Stadium Announcer
2:30 p.m. Conclude
